Born in Laurel, MS, Libby Morecraft is the wife of Rev. Rusty Morecraft, pastor of First Baptist Church, Oblong, IL. They have four children - Lane, Drew, Sean and Audree.

Libby’s art “career” began at age 3 when her father kept her quiet in church by doodling on bulletins. After winning several art ribbons in grade school, Libby decided to pursue her studies, majoring in art at Mississippi College where she received a B.A. in painting with a minor in vocal music.

In addition to being an outstanding muralist, Libby presents God’s Word through Chalk Talks, Potter, Sculpture and Music. She is available for worship services, retreats, banquets, conferences, or other special occasions.
